Sales Representative (B2B) - oak floors, doors, stairs
ECOHARDWOOD LTD – a premium manufacturer & supplier of engineered wood flooring, oak doors, oak stairs, and other products throughout London, England, and the UK, is expanding and looking for a highly motivated and self-driven B2B Sales Representative.
Location: Acton Town - Joyce Court, Bollo Bridge Road, London, W3 8DR
Requirements:
Self-motivated, able to work well on their own and in a team.
Good communication skills with a friendly approach.
Sound commercial understanding and ability to communicate with colleagues and customers to assist in closing sales opportunities.
The ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail is a must.
Reliability and honesty.
Organisational and initiative skills.
Must be Fluent in spoken and written English
The Lithuanian language is beneficial but not mandatory.
Sales experience with interior designers, architects, and construction companies is beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise work according to demand and work alongside colleagues internally and externally to deliver customer service excellence.
Must be computer literate.
Higher Education – desirable.
The role:
Looking for new clients
Constantly keeping good relationships with existing clients and delivering the best services to them.
Negotiating with existing and prospective clients, turning enquiries into sales.
Representing and offering Ecohardwood products to existing and prospective clients in a professional manner via email, phone, or, if necessary, during meetings.
Providing excellent customer care after the sale, dealing with complaints if there are any.
